Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer genuine hassle-free returns, so if you find that you’re not happy with your order or you've changed your mind, that’s fine. You can return it to us within 14 days of the order date for a full refund. Before returning your device, please ensure the following are removed:

Please ensure you return your product in the exact same condition as it was received or your return will be cancelled and your item will be returned.
Please note all return postage is paid by you the buyer.

What is not covered?

we know that accidents can happen, and your phone for example is usually with you wherever you go. Unfortunately, if your phone is damaged, dropped or has stopped working because of a non OEM software upgrade change, we will not be able to cover you.
Here is a list to make this a little simpler for what we do not cover:

Battery degradation

Jailbreak attempts or corruption caused by attempts to unlock a device

Damage and cracks to a device body or screen

Liquid damage

Accidental or intentional damage

Any attempted repair to the device

Normal wear and tear caused by your use of the device

Faults caused by a reduction in battery health below our provided capacity

Use of non-genuine accessories or improper use of accessories

Issues caused by third party software

Issues caused by unlocking your device

Any components added since the item was originally sold to you
How to make a claim?

To make a claim, simply send us a message or email along with your order number and we’ll send you instructions on how to return your device.
What we Will do
When we receive your device it will be inspected and the issue will be diagnosed. If the problem isn't covered by the warranty, or if the warranty has been voided (for example if the item has been accidentally damaged) Then we will Contact you and discuss possible Repair options or arrange your device to be returned free of charge.
If the problem is covered by the warranty, we will attempt to fix the issue and return your item. If we are unable to fix the issue, we will supply a replacement item of the same description or offer a full refund where a replacement is not available.
Please note you can only claim on the warranty once, when you have made a claim and your item returned your warranty period will end.
Important Notice
Batteries are not covered under warranty this is due to them being constantly degraded with use.
Your warranty will be voided and you will be contacted to discuss repair options or to arrange a return if:

We find evidence that the device has been tampered with, opened up by, or repaired by the owner of the device, or by any third party.

We find any supplementary defects to the device outlined in the ‘What is not covered?’ section above.
Gemini Computing hold no responsibility for your loss of data, please ensure that all data is backed up or removed from the device before booking in for a warranty claim or returning the device.
Gemini Computing cannot be held responsible, in any way, for any costs occurred when unlocking a device that was locked to any network when sold.
Please make sure to package your item as securely as possible, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by insecure packaging during transit.
We recommend sending your device with some kind of insurance as we cannot be held responsible for the cost of your device should it get lost in transit.
